Gaining experience as Operations Manager and Head of Womens player recruitment for womens teams in the West Midlands, our founder Simon saw the importance of having a fully integrated support network for female sports professionals.

As part of this support we nurture playing talent from beginning of their career to post playing career.

Additionally, we have linked with specialists in areas such as endometriosis as we are aware of the effects that women who experience this have in not just everyday life but how it affects training and participation in sports.
